Aeristech Ltd are looking for a contractor for the design, project management and installation of commercial fit-out of a site in Leamington Spa.

The fit-out project will include:

  • Installation of an inner goods door and partitioned airlock.
  • Installation of partitions with the existing office space to create meeting rooms.
  • Installation of a reception area.
  • Installation of additional power and data connections in the existing office space.
  • Upgrade of lighting to LED.
  • Installation of LAN infrastructure.
  • Installation of mezzanines floors for engineering office and welfare space.
  • Construction of an engineering office on a mezzanine floor.
  • Construction of a welfare space, including washrooms and kitchen on a mezzanine floor.
  • Construction of a meeting room below a mezzanine floor.
  • Installation of electrical distribution within the site.
  • Installation of air conditioning into new and existing office spaces.
  • Supply and installation of office furniture.

The successful contractor will have a proven track record of fully managed commercial site fit-out, will be competitive and be able to meet the detailed specification for all the above elements of the project.

The project timeline should be no longer than 16 weeks from receipt of order to project completion.

Payment to be agreed in instalments upon design review, handover and final acceptance.

Start date for submission is Tuesday 29th January 2019. The deadline for submission is Tuesday 12th February 2019.

  1. Cost (25%) 2. Experience / track record (25%) 3. Ability to meet requested specification (25%) 4. Timescale of installation (25%)
